3rd Annual Mini-Triathlon
March 4th, 2012

4:00 PM at the SCC
$10 fee
Our mini-triathlon will consist of:
SWIM: 500 yards in our swimming pool
BIKE: 8 miles in the fitness room
RUN: 3 miles on the treadmill
Trophies awarded
Deadline to enter is Friday, March 2nd

The classic triathlon is a multi-sport endurance event consisting of swimming, cycling and running. Triathletes compete for the fastest overall course completion time, including timed transitions between the individual swim, bike and run components.
