Lean Physique
A full body cardiovasclar strengthening and toning class that works in interval training. The program targets the seat, abdominals, thighs, and arms; strengthens the legs and back; and improves posture to produce a strong and healthy body. We use our own body weight for resistance and the exercises target specific muscles to the point of fatigue, then these muscles are stretched so they can become long and lean.
