SCC Group Exercise is now offering late morning classes for busy moms, or for those who just want to schedule their workouts a little bit later.
Classes are subject to member attendance. Fees to be determined.
Lean Physique
A full-body cardiovascular strengthening and toning class that targets each muscle group, sculpting your body.
Tabata Style Interval Training
No corners to cut, just hard work set to a ticking clock, body bars, kettle bells, and more.
Yoga
We’ll bring the mats, props and great instructors, you bring your mind, body and spirit.
Cycling/Spin
A cardio workout set to a pulsing soundtrack. Classes are technique- and terrain-based focusing on cadence, heart rate zones, climbs and sprints for unpredictable and challenging rides.
Workout 360 Degrees
with Manwe
Mondays • 8:45 am
A fusion of hard core sculpt isometrics and pure sweat.
All muscle groups will be worked. Create a longer leaner body with this total body workout. Easy isometric exercises will shape and sculpt a new you.

CARDIO DANCE
A dance-based cardio class where the music is high and so is the energy! This session mixes basic high-low movement with unique dance choreography that creates a sizzling experience guaranteed to make you sweat!
