Private Lessons
Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced student, private lessons are the best way to develop your talents and skills. We offer highly skilled instructors who are supportive, patient and motivating.

The Encore School will consult with students and parents to ensure that they are matched with the teacher best suited to their skill level, interest, goals and schedule.

Weekly lessons are scheduled for 30, 45 or 60 minutes and are offered in both instrumental and voice. Students may register for 6, 12 or 24 weekly lessons at a time. Registration is on-going from September through June.

Students enrolled in private and group lessons are welcome to perform in studio recitals.

Beginner and Intermediate Students
30 minutes: $35 per lesson
45 minutes: $45 per lesson
60 minutes: $60 per lesson

Master classes for Advanced Students
30 minutes: $45 per lesson
45 minutes: $60 per lesson
60 minutes: $85 per lesson

Registration fee: $25
SCC non-members: $75 annual enrollment fee, non refundable

Practice rooms may be rented Sunday through Thursday evenings for individuals, groups, or jam sessions.
Instruments may be purchased or rented through the Encore School.

Students enrolled in the Encore School are welcome to perform in recitals.

SCC Encore Youth and Adult Choirs
• Improve vocal techniques and performance skills.
• Enjoy camaraderie of performing with an ensemble.
• Performance opportunities include Summer Encore & Encore JR. 2011, as well as Center events.
• Choirs can be available for personal celebrations.

Annual Fee: $200, SCC non-members: $225

Explore a variety of traditional and exotic percussion instruments and musical styles.

Torah Jam: Music For The Soul
Bring your instruments, voice, poetry, rap, songs, comedy, and storytelling to life in this vibrant and joyous setting. Be a part of a social forum to gather and express related topics to the Torah and Jewish Life experiences through the arts. Piano, Microphones, and amps available upon request.

Wednesdays, 8:000-9:30 PM
6 sessions

SCC members: $100 • SCC non-members: $125

Appropriate material may be used to create an Intimate Concert for the group. Call for more information. Director: Gail Mizrahi

Intimate Concert Series
Saturday evenings
Watch for more information, including upcoming concert with Eddie Gindi and Arthur Shweky. Come to the SCC and enjoy great music performed by some of the community’s most talented artists in a cozy, social setting.
Tickets: $26, includes admissions, light refreshment

The Encore School is now offering new and exciting opportunities for musicians of all ages to have fun while playing the music they enjoy. Musicians will work with a band coach to progress within their areas. All instruments are welcome. Please call for details, or arrange a placement audition.

Established bands can schedule private coaching sessions in order to achieve the exact sound they are aiming towards.
