Sunday Programs
Ultimate Sports for boys
Sundays, 12:30-4:30 PM
_10 sessions (beg. Feb. 10) $295
Add $75 for 3 exciting trips, one being a Broadway Show or a sporting event
A sports program in the SCC for the older boys under the direction of professional physical educator, Akiva Hoffman, focusing on basketball, football, wiffleball, soccer, etc. instruction and competitive play. Gymnastics and Marital Arts will also be included.
Rollerhockey for boys
Sundays, 12:30-4:30 PM
_10 sessions (beg. Feb. 10) $295
Add $75 for 3 exciting trips, one being a Broadway Show or a sporting event
Instruction and play in the sport of rollerhockey under the direction of JV and Varsity hockey coach Eddie Elbaz. Rollerblades, hockey stick and gloves, helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads are required.
Fun ‘n Fitness for boys
Sundays, 12:30-4:30 PM
_10 sessions (beg. Feb. 10) $295
Add $75 for 3 exciting trips, one being a Broadway Show or a sporting event
An active and creative program for boys with play and instruction under the direction of professional physical educator, Akiva Hoffman, our gymnastics specialists, Paula Simone, Joan Dominguez, and Kina Nesher, and other TBA. In addition, boys will have baking taught by Tina Imani and arts, such as woodworking, Lego building, etc.
Fun n’ Fitness for girls
Sundays, 12:30-4:30 PM
_10 sessions (beg. Feb. 10), $295
Add $75 for 3 exciting trips, one being a Broadway Show or a sporting event
An active and creative program with play and instruction under the direction of our gymnastics specialists, Paula Simone, Joan Dominguez, and Kina Nesher, our movement specialist, Jenny McGowan, and others. Girls will also have baking taught by Tina Imani*and arts, such as ceramics, taught by *_Doreen Baskin_, mosaics and jewelry making. Swimming will be an option.
Softball Program for boys
Grades 3rd-4th, 5th-6th, 7th-8th
Sundays, 10 AM – 12 PM
_8 sessions (beg. Feb. 10), $125
This program, run by Glenn Zykofsky and Richie Simon, and ex professional baseball player, will do drills and then set up competitive games. Jerseys given to every player and trophies to the winners. For more info, call Glenn at 718-954-3160.
*Add $115 for door-to-door transportation one-way, or $230 for round-trip door-to-door transportation. The bus TO the SCC runs for 12:30 arrival and the bus FROM the SCC runs at 4:30 dismissal. Bus from Magen David’s Torat Chayim is free.
Weekday Programs

Gymnastics or girls
Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30 PM
10 sessions (beg. Oct. 16), $150 + $50 for bus from school
A program where kids can be active and learn gross motor balance, jumping and movement skills. Beginner and intermediate levels of gymnastics taught on bars, trampoline, vault and tumbling mats by Paula Simone and Joan Dominguez of Richmond Gymnastics Center.
Developmental Group Swim
7-10 year olds
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:00-7:00 PM
10 sessions (on-going), $195 per person
45 minutes of swim instruction with certified aquatics staff. Small classes: minimum 3 children; maximum 4 children. Taught by Yuriy Koyfman, Level 2 ASCA certified swim coach

Boys will learn basketball skills, rules, and strategies, as well as play basketball in various forms, recerational and competitive.

Lego Creations, by Bricks 4 Kidz for boys & girls
Fridays 1:45-2:45
10 Sessions (beg Feb 22), $250 + $50 for bus from school and add’l $115 for door-to-door bus home from SCC
Kids will explore principles and methods of engineering, architecture, physics and more using LEGO® bricks. This is a hands-on class where children build machines, buildings, vehicles and other structures out of LEGO® bricks, using one-of-a-kind model plans designed by Bricks 4 Kidz®

A creative and instructive program taught by Tina Marcus Imani, a top baker in our community, in which girls will learn baking and decorative techniques.
Cartooning & Drawing for girls
Fridays, 2:00-3:00 PM
10 sessions (beg. Feb. 22), $175 + $50 for bus from school and add’l $115 for door-to-door bus home from SCC
An artistic program taught by Janet Chrem, where children will learn to sketch cartoon characters and draw forms and landscapes culminating in a final canvas project.
Developmental Group Swim

10 sessions (on-going), $195/person
