A cooking class with a nutritional spin. Come learn how to make your favorite dishes minus the calories and fat.
The class will be co-taught by Eleanor Steinberg Maleh and Karen Kattan Moreno, Registered Dietitian, CDN
Karen is the resident dietitian at New York Medical Associates and provides medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling services to patients with a wide variety of health conditions and issues.
Eleanor is a graduate of the Culinary Academy and has worked with Ram, Ouri, and many other caterers. She has also taught in at Happy Homes Cooking School.
