Lemon Sole with Tomato Olive Sauce

INGREDIENTS 1 pound Lemon Sole DIRECTIONS 1. Sauté garlic in olive oil. 2. Add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes. 3. Add olives and season with salt and pepper. 4. Arrange fish in baking dish and pour sauce over. 5. Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes |
