Marinated Veal Chops

INGREDIENTS

6 veal chops, 1st cut

Sauce:
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves crushed

DIRECTIONS

1. Place chops in a Pyrex dish.

2. Combine all sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl. pour over chops.

3. Cook covered 40 minutes and then uncovered 40 minutes.
