INGREDIENTS Garlic DIRECTIONS 1. Cube and fry potatoes (can be baked on a tray). 2. Sauté garlic and flanken in a large pot. 3. When browned, add 11?2 cups water, soy sauce and spices. 4. Cover and lower heat for 15-20 minutes. 5. Add potatoes, cover and shake the pot by the handles to distribute the juice. 6. Cook in pot for 20-30 minutes. 7. Transfer to a medium Pyrex dish and reheat. |
