Minute Steak Roast

INGREDIENTS

Minute steak (have butcher split and take out vein)

Sauce:
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 cup “Kitchen Bouquet”
Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

1. Place steak in a roasting pan.

2. Mix sauce and pour on top.

3. Broil on high for 5 minutes on each side.

4. Bake at 350° an additional 30-40 minutes covered.

5. Slice and heat before serving.
