Pepper Steak II

INGREDIENTS

3 packages pepper steak
2-1/2 tablespoons ginger, minced
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 red pepper, cubed
2 large onions, chopped small
1 tablespoon hot and spicy szechuan sauce
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup of Mikee garlic stir-fry

DIRECTIONS

1. Coat pot with oil. Add onions and 1/4 cup of garlic stir-fry. Sauté for 10 minutes.

2. Add pepper steak, soy sauce, szechuan sauce and garlic stir-fry. Combine well.

3. Place pot in oven and cook on 350° for 1-1/2 hours – 2 hours or until meat has begun to fall apart. Add water if meat begins to dry.

4. Take pot and return it to stove.

5. Add ginger, scallions, red pepper and cook on low flame for 30 – 45 minutes.
