Pepper Steak III

INGREDIENTS

1 pound pepper steak
2 garlic cloves
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 green peppers, sliced
1 box mushrooms, sliced water chestnuts
Bamboo shoots
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 cup oriental marinade
3 tablespoons soy sauce

DIRECTIONS

1. Saute onion, garlic and celery. Add sliced pepper steak. Add marinade and ketchup.

2. Cook 1 hour.

3. Add mushrooms, peppers, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots.

4. Cook 10 minutes more.
