Pineapple Shish Kebab

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
Salt and pepper
1 16-ounce can pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 chopped onion and 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1-2 pounds shishkabob meat
1 red pepper, cut in squares
1 green pepper, cut in squares

DIRECTIONS

1. In a saucepan, combine flour, marjoram, salt and pepper. Add the juice from the pineapple can, soy sauce, onion and garlic.

2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Let sauce cool.

3. Put meat in a bowl, pour sauce over it, marinate 4-6 hours.

4. Alternate meat, pineapple chunks, red and green peppers onto skewers.

5. Barbeque or broil, basting occasionally.
