Pistachio Crushed Seabass

INGREDIENTS

4 Seabass fillet
2-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 large garlic clove
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup shelled unsalted pistachios

DIRECTIONS

1. Spray Pam in Pyrex.

2. Chop nuts and garlic in processor. Leave coarse and add remaining ingredients and pulse.

3. Place fish in Pyrex.

4. Pour mixture on top of fish.

5. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or longer if necessary.
