Potatoes & Chicken Teriyaki

INGREDIENTS 3 or 4 potatoes, cut into thin wedges or cubes DIRECTIONS 1. Cook potatoes separately in an oil coated Pyrex. 2. In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil. 3. When done, add the cooked potatoes. 4. Saute and toss until lightly browned. 5. Add onions and teriyaki sauce and saute until cooked through. |
