Potatoes & Chicken Teriyaki

INGREDIENTS

3 or 4 potatoes, cut into thin wedges or cubes
4 chicken cutlets or breasts, cut into long slices
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup sliced sliced green onions or scallions
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

DIRECTIONS

1. Cook potatoes separately in an oil coated Pyrex.

2. In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil.

3. When done, add the cooked potatoes.

4. Saute and toss until lightly browned.

5. Add onions and teriyaki sauce and saute until cooked through.
