Red Snapper Puttenesca

INGREDIENTS 1 pound red snapper DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Put fish in a glass Pyrex with lemon juice and pepper. 3. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the rest of the ingredients. 4. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. 5. Pour over fish, covered and bake for 30 minutes. 6. Serve immediately. |
