Rib-Eye Roast

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon pepper
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
8-10 garlic cloves, peeled
Rib-eye roast

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 450º.

2. Put all spices in a bowl and add enough water to form thick paste.

3. Make 8-10 slits in roast and stuff each with a garlic clove. Rub paste all over roast.

4. Place roast on rack inside roaster. Cook uncovered for about 20 minutes until paste hardens.

5. Then lower to 350º to cook another 20 minutes per pound uncovered until done.
