Salmon with Bread Crumb, Olive & Sundried Tomato Crust

INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup chopped pitted Kalamata olives DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 400°. 2. Mix first 7 ingredients in bowl then add 1-1/2 teaspoons of mustard, then breadcrumbs. 3. Place Salmon on baking sheet. Spread 1 teaspoon mustard over each piece of fish. Pat 1/4 of breadcrumbs mixture onto each fillet. 4. Bake until fillets are done, about 20 minutes or until desired. |
