Sea Bass

INGREDIENTS

Sea Bass in squares, sliced thin (2-3 pounds)
Olive oil
Jason's flavored bread crumbs
1-1/2 cups diced tomatoes
1/4 cup Kalamata olives
2 tablespoons capers
Juice of one lemon
1 teaspoon sugar
Lemon pepper to season
Salt

DIRECTIONS

1. Take Sea Bass and drizzle with olive oil.

2. Dip fish in Jason's flavored bread crumbs.

3. Place fish in greased Pyrex.

4. Combine diced tomatoes, olives, capers, lemon juice, sugar, lemon pepper and salt, and pat on top of fish.

5. Drizzle with olive oil.

6. Cool at 350° until desired wellness.
