Sesame Chicken

INGREDIENTS

8 tablespoons sesame seeds
5 tablespoons flour
Black pepper
1?2 cup soy sauce
6 boned chicken breasts, skin removed
Oil

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Combine sesame seeds, flour and pepper in bowl.

3. Dip chicken in soy sauce and then in seed mixture.

4. Arrange chicken, bone side down on a tray and drizzle with oil.

5. Bake for 45 minutes.
