Soy Glazed Salmon with Wasabi Sauce

INGREDIENTS

4 (6 ounce) Salmon fillets

Marinade:
1?2 cup mirin
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1?4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon finely grated peeled ginger

Sauce:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1?4 cup honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons wasabi powder

DIRECTIONS

1. Whisk mirin, soy sauce, rice vinegar and ginger. Add Salmon to mixture and marinate at least 1 hour.

2. Preheat broiler.

3. Prepare sauce. In a small saucepan, boil soy sauce, honey lime juice and wasabi powder, stirring frequently until thickened.

4. Spoon half of the sauce over the Salmon and broil until glazed. When done, transfer to platter and serve with remaining sauce.
