Spare Ribs

INGREDIENTS

Spare ribs
1 jar apricot preserves
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
1 jar Saucy Susan
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1 tablespoons tamarind sauce
2 teaspoons mustard

DIRECTIONS

1. Boil ribs. Remove fat, if desired.

2. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.

3. Place mixture over spare ribs.

4. Cook covered 1-11?2 hours at 375°.
