Steak Wraps

INGREDIENTS

2 sirloin steaks in strips
1 avocado
1 cup salad with light dressing
Ruth's rib sauce
1 lemon, squeezed
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Red hot pepper flakes, to taste 4 wraps

DIRECTIONS

1. Marinate steaks overnight in rib sauce.

2. Grill steaks and cut into strips.

3. Mash avocado and add 1 juice of lemon, salt, pepper, garlic powder and red hot pepper flakes.

4. Brush 1 wrap with 1?4 guacamole.

5. Top with salad and steak, roll.

6. Put 3 toothpicks in each wrap and cut into 3 on the diagonal.

7. Repeat with remaining wraps.
