Sushi Rice with Blackened Tuna

INGREDIENTS Sushi Rice Blackened Tuna Avocado DIRECTIONS Sushi Rice 2. Bring to a boil and add cleaned rice. 3. Simmer on low until done. Blackened Tuna 2. Heat sesame oil in pan until warm. 3. Add fish, cooking three minutes on each side on medium to high flame, leaving it pink in the middle. To arrange fish, place a mound of rice on plate, then sliced avocado on top, followed by sliced Kirby's. Top with Tuna. Serve with soy sauce. |
