Turkey Burgers

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds ground turkey
1 green pepper, grated
1 onion, grated
3 garlic cloves, minced
11?2 tablespoons allspice
1?3 cup chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix above ingredients until well blended.

2. Next, form thin patties.

3. In a sauté pan, spray Pam and cook turkey burgers on a medium flame until browned on both sides.
