Turkey

INGREDIENTS

1 turkey
Paprika
1 lemon
1?2 cup orange juice
Salt
Black pepper
1 cup margarine, melted
White wine, to taste
1-2 stalks celery
1?2 small onion
4 small boxes raisins, black or golden
1 can chestnuts
1 can bamboo shoots
A bunch of peanuts
Fresh cherries, without pits

DIRECTIONS

1. Clean turkey. Spread ingredients on turkey in order: generous amounts paprika, lemon, orange juice, salt, black pepper, margarine and white wine.

2. Let turkey marinate for one day before adding stuffing.

3. For stuffing, chop celery and onion finely. Add raisins, chestnuts, bamboo shoots, peanuts and fresh cherries. Mix all together.

4. Add a little white wine, orange juice, cinnamon and salt and pepper to taste into stuffing.

5. Add stuffing to turkey.

6. Put in oven uncovered.

7. Keep basting every 1?2 hour until cooked.
