Diet Fruit Crumble

INGREDIENTS

1 small box blueberries
1 box strawberries
3 plums, peeled
3 mangos, peeled
3 peaches, peeled
Plus other fruit you may have in your fridge, just cut it up and throw it in….

Cinnamon:
1/4 cup walnuts, optional crushed
1/4 cup quaker oatmeal
1/2 cup dried apricots, if you like them
1/4 cup brown sugar, optional
1/2 cup baker pecan granola, optional

DIRECTIONS

1. Cut and clean all fruit.

2. Sprinkle cinnamon on fruit. If the fruit is not so sweet, add brown sugar.

3. Mix fruit well in a Pyrex dish.

4. Add in walnuts, oatmeal, apricots and granola.

5. Place on top of fruit and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
