Easy Chocolate Mousse

INGREDIENTS

1 quart heavy cream or whipping cream
14 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate

DIRECTIONS

1. Whip cream until it forms soft peaks.

2. Melt chocolate over double boiler.

3. Add 1/3 of the melted chocolate to cream, folding gently with a rubber spatula. Mix in remaining chocolate being careful not to deflate cream.

4. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill.
