Fat Free, Low Sugar Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS

3 very ripe bananas, mashed
Less than 1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1 egg white
1-1/4 cups whole wheat flour
Raisins
Crushed walnuts

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix wet ingredients together.

2. In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients.

3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix quickly to combine. Add raisins and nuts.

4. Pour batter into small greased loaf pan and bake at 400° for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
