Grilled Fruit

INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 white peaches, cut in half
4 plums, cut in half
4 bananas, cut in half
Whipped cream

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat a grill or broiler.

2. In a bowl, combine butter and sugar.

3. Add all fruit and toss.

4. Arrange fruit on foil and cook until browned and caramelized around edges. Turn over and rearrange to prevent burning.

5. Serve warm on a platter with whipped cream.
