Heavenly Cheese Cake

INGREDIENTS

2 cups crushed graham crackers
1 stick butter
4 8-ounce packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 cup sour cream

Topping:
Chocolate chips
Vanilla chips
Toffee bits (or Heath)
Chocolate syrup
Caramel (or Butterscotch) syrup

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 450°.

2. Mix crackers with butter and 2 tablespoons of the sugar.

3. Press into bottom of Springform pan. Freeze.

4. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

5. Beat in eggs with vanilla and cornstarch.

6. Pour in sour cream.

7. Pour into crust and bake for 30 minutes.

8. Reduce oven to 200° and cook for 45 minutes.

9. Turn off oven, open door slightly, and leave for about 2 hours.

10. May be frozen at this point.

Topping:
Add all toppings randomly onto cake and serve.
