Lemon Mousse

INGREDIENTS

6 eggs, separated
11/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice (fresh)
1/2 pint whipped cream

DIRECTIONS

1. Beat egg whites.

2. Slowly add sugar.

3. Add egg yolks, one by one.

4. Add lemon juice.

5. Fold in cream and freeze in bowl you will serve it in.

6. Add fresh grated lemon peel.
