Low Fat Cranberry Pear Crisp

INGREDIENTS 4 pears Topping: DIRECTIONS 1. Peel and slice pears. Mix with cranberries, sugar and flour. Pour into a Pyrex dish. 2. Mix topping ingredients. Sprinkle on top of fruit mixture. 3. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 400°. Note: May mix with apples or substitute apples for pears. |
