Low Fat Cranberry Pear Crisp

INGREDIENTS

4 pears
1 cup cranberries (fresh)
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour

Topping:
1 cup oats
2 tablespoons margarine
Dash of cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tablespoons flour

DIRECTIONS

1. Peel and slice pears. Mix with cranberries, sugar and flour. Pour into a Pyrex dish.

2. Mix topping ingredients. Sprinkle on top of fruit mixture.

3. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 400°.

Note: May mix with apples or substitute apples for pears.
