No-Bake Tiramisu

INGREDIENTS 1-1/2 packages ladyfingers DIRECTIONS 1. Beat yolks and sugar. 2. Stir in cheese and add 1/4 cup cognac. 3. Whisk egg whites until stiff and gently fold into the cheese mixture. 5. In another bowl, mix together the milk, espresso and remaining cognac. 6. Dip ladyfingers into coffee mixture and place half of them in a layer on the bottom of a rectangular dish that has been buttered and sprinkled with sugar. 7. Place half the cheese mixture on top and repeat. 8. Dust with cocoa powder and chill overnight. |
