Parve Rice Pudding

INGREDIENTS

7 cups water
1 cup long grain rice
1 cup sugar
16 ounces of pareve milk
Vanilla extract
1-1/2 packages of Rich Whip

DIRECTIONS

1. Boil the water with rice until water evaporates.

2. Add sugar, pareve milk, vanilla and rich whip.

3. Cook on low until it gets thick, about 15 minutes.

4. Pour into a platter, sprinkle cinnamon and serve hot or cold.
