Passover Nut Cake
12 eggs separated
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Beat egg whites until stiff.
3. In separate bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar.
4. Add wine, cake meal nuts, allspice to yolk mixture. Beat until well blended.
5. Gently fold in egg whites and pour into an ungreased bundt pan.
6. Bake approximately one hour or until top springs back when lightly touched.
7. Invert to cool.
8. Carefully remove from pan after completely cool.
