Passover Sugar Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups cake meal
1 cup potato starch
Sprinkles
2 sticks margarine
1?2 teaspoon baking soda
Sprinkles for dipping

DIRECTIONS

1. Cream together sugar and margarine.

2. Add the 3 eggs and vanilla. Beat well.

3. In a separate bowl, mix the cake meal, potato starch and baking soda. Add to egg mixture.

4. Form small balls, dip in sprinkles and press down.

5. Bake at 350° on greased tray until lightly browned.
