Peanut Butter Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS 11/4 cups graham cracker crumbs Chocolate Drizzle: DIRECTIONS 1. Stir together graham cracker crumbs, butter, cocoa and 1/3 cup sugar. Press evenly on bottom 9-inch Springform pan. 2. Beat cream cheese, 1-1/2 cups sugar until smooth, add eggs and vanilla. Beat until combined. Stir in peanut butter chips. Pour into crust. 3. Cool completely. 4. Melt chips and Crisco in microwave until mixture is smooth. Drizzle chocolate across top of cheesecake. 5. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour. |
