White Chocolate Chip & Toffee Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1?3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup Crisco shortening
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
21?4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup vanilla milk chips
1 cup toffee bits

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 375°.

2. Mix sugars and shortening in large bowl until fluffy.

3. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.

4. Add flour and baking soda, beating at low speed until well mixed.

5. Stir in vanilla milk chips and toffee bits.

6. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls, about 1-inch apart, onto cookie sheet.

7. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes for chewy cookies or 14 to 16 minutes for crisp cookies.
