Caesar Salad I

INGREDIENTS

1 head Romaine lettuce
1?4 cup Parmesan goat cheese
1 cup croutons
Black pepper

Dressing:
1 garlic clove
Anchovy fillets (if desired)
1?4 teaspoon prepared mustard
1?8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1?3 cup olive oil
1 egg well beaten
Cut lettuce

DIRECTIONS

1. Prepare dressing by mashing garlic and anchovies.

2. Blend in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and oil.

3. Add egg and blend.

4. Pour dressing over salad. Add cheese, croutons and pepper.

5. Mix and serve.
