Caesar Salad II

INGREDIENTS

4 garlic cloves
1 lemon
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons parmesan grated cheese
Seasoned croutons
Romaine lettuce, washed and cut to preferred size

DIRECTIONS

1. Baste a wood bowl with crushed garlic.

2. Add lemon, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, oil and cheese.

3. Whisk together thoroughly.

4. When ready to serve, add lettuce and croutons to bowl and mix.

5. Sprinkle with more cheese if desired.
