Chili Fries

INGREDIENTS 1 dozen red potatoes DIRECTIONS 1. Cut red potatoes in quarters. 2. Spray tray with pan generously. Spread potatoes out on the tray. 3. Pour spices over evenly to cover all potatoes. 4. Drizzle with a little olive oil over the whole tray. 5. Mix together the potatoes so the spices cover the whole tray. 6. Preheat oven to 375°. 7. Place tray in oven uncovered for about one hour. Allow them to crisp on the edges. Yield: 48 chili fries |
