Easy Parve Keftes

INGREDIENTS

Meatballs
Ives ready-made vegetarian
Meatballs or Ives veggie
Ground round
1 egg
1 tablespoon matzo meal
Salt
Allspice
Olive oil
2 cans of tomato sauce
1 can of water
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of matzo meal
3 heaping tablespoons
tamarind sauce

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix Ives veggie ground round with egg, matzo meal, salt and allspice and make into balls.

2. Sauté meatballs with a little olive oil.

3. Add tomato sauce, water, garlic, matzo meal and tamarind sauce.

4. Bring to a boil and cook on low flame for about 40 minutes or until thick.
