Gobi Masaledar (Indian Cauliflower)

INGREDIENTS

4 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
2 inch piece of ginger, chopped
1 onion, peeled and chopped
4 tablespoons water
8 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili
1 large cauliflower, broken into pieces
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 lemon, squeezed

DIRECTIONS

1. Place garlic, ginger and onion with water in food processor. Blend into paste.

2. Heat oil and fry paste. Add turmeric.

3. Add chopped tomato, coriander, chili and fry 2 more minutes.

4. Add remaining ingredients and 1/4 cup water, cook for 30 minutes.
