Bruschetta with White Beans, Tomatoes & Olives

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Great Northern beans
3 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup chopped, pitted Kalamata olives
6 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup chopped, fresh basil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 French baguette

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix beans, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, 4 tablespoons oil, basil and garlic in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Preheat broiler.

3. Place bread on baking sheet.

4. Brush with 2 tablespoons of oil.

5. Broil until golden, about 1 minute.

6. Top with bean mixture.
