Meat Burekas

INGREDIENTS

1 pound ground beef
1 potato
1 onion
Salt
Pepper
Cinnamon
1 pack Mazor precut dough

DIRECTIONS

1. In a separate pot, boil one medium-sized potato until soft.

2. Fry onion until transparent.

3. Add ground beef mixture and cook.

4. Add 1 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons cinnamon and 1?2 teaspoon pepper.

5. When the potato is cooked, purée it.

6. Add to ground beef mixture.

7. Let cool.

8. Arrange square dough one by one but putting 1 tablespoon meat mixture in the
middle of squares and folding into triangle shape.

9. Prepare one by one in baking pan until all meat mixture is used.

10. Brush egg yolk on each triangle for golden finish.

11. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden.
