Mini Mushroom Tarts

INGREDIENTS

Filling
2 onions, chopped very fine
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
4 boxes of mushrooms (may use any kind)
1/2 cup of heavy cream, if desired
1/2 cup parsley
Salt and pepper

Crusts
Mini phyllo baskets

DIRECTIONS

1. Sauté onion and garlic. Add mushrooms, parsley, spices and heavy cream.

2. Cook until all liquid is absorbed.

3. Pour into phyllo baskets.

4. Bake on a tray with parchment paper until lightly browned.

5. Serve hot.
