Parve Yebrah

INGREDIENTS

1 jar grape leaves
3 cups white rice
5 cups water
3 carrots, chopped finely
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon kosher salt
3 tablespoons dry mint leaves

Dressing
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 handful mint leaves
2 tablespoon of sugar

DIRECTIONS

1. Parboil 3 cups white rice until water is evaporated.

2. In bowl, mix together carrots, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, kosher salt and mint leaves. Mix with rice.

3. Roll in grape leaves.

4. Mix dressing.

5. Line yebrah in pot and pour dressing over the yebrah.

6. Place plate over the yebrah, cover pot with lid and bake 2 hours at 350°.
