Potato Samosas

INGREDIENTS Wonton wrappers DIRECTIONS 1. Place potatoes in a pot with water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook until tender. Peel potatoes and mash well. 2. Heat oil in skillet, saute onion, garlic and ginger until transparent. 3. Mix potatoes with onion mixture. Add all remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. 4. Place 1 teaspoon potato mixture on each wonton. Close to form a triangle shape (use a paste of flour and water to seal). 5. To cook, deep-fry until brown and crisp. Drain well and serve with dipping sauce of choice. |
