Sambusak

INGREDIENTS

Filling:
2 pounds grated cheese
3 eggs, very well beaten
1 teaspoon baking powder

Dough:
4 cups flour
1/2 cup smead
3 sticks butter
Less than 1 cup of cold water

DIRECTIONS

Filling:
1. Mix cheese and eggs.
2. Add baking powder.
3. Filling must be thick.

Dough:
4. Mix together all ingredients.
5. Add water very slowly (don't overdo the water).
6. Kneed dough or put in Cuisinart to mix.
7. Roll dough into little balls.
8. Roll out each ball into an oval shape (do not roll too thin) and put cheese in the center.
9. Fold over and pinch.
10. Brush egg on each sambusak and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
